Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines (now CCEAP)

The Philippine bottler of Coca-Cola that gained a new name — and a new European-Aboitiz partnership

Transformed — In January 2025 the Philippine bottling operations of Coca-Cola officially changed their legal name to Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, Inc. (CCEAP), reflecting a new partnership between Coca-Cola Europacific and the Aboitiz Group.

Coca-Cola has been bottled and sold in the Philippines for generations through local bottling operations, and the Philippine market has long been one of the beverage giant's key territories in Southeast Asia.

In January 2025, the Philippine bottling operations officially changed their legal name to Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, Inc. (CCEAP). The change reflected a new ownership and partnership structure, bringing together the European bottling giant Coca-Cola Europacific and the Philippine Aboitiz Group. It was a rebrand of the corporate entity behind one of the country's most familiar beverage brands.

The Corporate name change was a signal of a new chapter for Coca-Cola's presence in the Philippines — a national brand that had been bottled locally for decades, now under a combined European-Filipino partnership.
